Going for a Walk
Sometimes we all have those days where stress has piled up so high, we feel like we could explode! The best way to release some of that build up stress is to release it and got for a walk. Weather alone to or with a close friend or family member, walking helps to get rid of the cloudiness and organize your thoughts so you can accomplish the things stressing you out, or just release the built of stress of day to day activities.

I can relate to the simple things that we may tend to overlook. I read a book once called God is in the Small Stuff. We tend to get so busy that we sometimes forget to appreciate the little things that matter, like the smell of fresh coffee brewing in the morning :-). Im interested to see all of the little things that I may be guilty of overlooking.....
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely something that creates simple happiness. If you just look around as you walk, you realize the beauty of the world around you and forget all of the bad things in life for just a moment. I used to go on walks with my friends in the neighborhood as a chid everyday. Long walks definitely are relaxing, and I can really relate to them.
